By accessing or using Avra Voice™ (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Avra Voice™ provides AI‑powered voice automation for local businesses, including 24/7 call answering, appointment scheduling, and industry‑specific conversational agents.

Fees for the Service are outlined on the Pricing page. Payments are due in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected. Late payments may result in suspension of the Service.

5. Limitations of Liability

Avra Voice™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after revisions constitute acceptance of the new Terms. We will post any material changes on this page with an updated revision date.
